Matteo Colleoni is Full Professor of Urban Studies at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where he serves as Rector's Delegate for Sustainability and Mobility Management, coordinates the doctoral programme in Urban Studies (URBEUR) and directs the Research Centre on Mobility, Tourism and Territory (CEMTET). His research addresses mobility, accessibility and social inclusion, the structure and transformation of urban areas, transport, sustainability and sustainable development, and urban policies.

Founder of Tesori d’Europa and President of Tesori d’Italia, he has worked with Italian institutions and leading Japanese companies on the international promotion of Made in Italy. He served as Marketing Director of the Italy Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. His work focuses on economic and cultural cooperation between Italy, Europe and Japan, with particular attention to territorial development, community regeneration and the emerging Longevity Economy sectors.
President of Confartigianato Imprese since 2020 and confirmed for a second term in 2024, he leads the Italian confederation of craft and small businesses, which represents 700,000 entrepreneurs. Born in Salsomaggiore Terme in 1962, he runs a construction company there and previously led Confartigianato Emilia-Romagna.
President of ParteciPrato APS, a Milan-based association promoting civic participation, social inclusion and stronger local communities. Alongside his professional career at NTT DATA, he is actively engaged in the civic life of Milan, working with the Municipality and local schools on community and social initiatives. For the past seven years, he has also served as President of the School Council of ICS Gattamelata, fostering dialogue between families, schools and local institutions.
UX researcher at Voice Italia and service designer at Fondazione Ravasi Garzanti. She uses qualitative research methods, including interviews, ethnography and co-design workshops, to design intergenerational products, services and policies for healthy longevity. Her work is rooted in the personal belief that ageing well starts with being heard.

His work explores how cultural institutions can engage new audiences, strengthen their social impact and build meaningful connections between music, communities and contemporary society.
Elena Fortunato is a librarian at Biblioteca Gallaratese, part of the Milan Public Library System, where she developed and coordinates Biblioteca della Cura – Spazio Alzheimer, a community-based initiative that applies the library’s social mission to the field of dementia, bringing together culture, relationships and care. Through partnerships with associations, professionals and local organisations, the library provides free resources, guidance and activities for people living with dementia, caregivers, older adults and the wider community. The initiative further demonstrates the potential of public libraries as accessible, community-based spaces that foster inclusion, proximity and wellbeing.
He has been with the Foundation since 2020, helping to shape its start-up phase and process of consolidation. Amplifon Foundation has so far reached more than 30,000 people in Italy and in seven other countries with the mission of social inclusion and a special focus on elderly communities. The Foundation strongly believes that working with seniors means working with all generations.
Stefano Rovelli is the Programme and Social Innovation Manager at The Human Safety Net, the corporate foundation of Generali Group. His focus is on economic and labour market development, as well as the creation of socially impactful financial products and services. Throughout his career, Stefano has worked with many leading philanthropic organisations worldwide, with a specific focus on older adult care, gender diversity and empowerment, and social development.
Francesco Samorè was Scientific Director of the Giannino Bassetti Foundation from 2011 and has been General Secretary since 2015. In fulfilling his current role, he is responsible for managing the relationships between the Foundation and its business, public and private institutional partners in Italy and overseas. Samorè holds a degree in Economic History and a PhD in the History of Business Enterprise and Finance, and is the author of a host of books and articles focusing on the structure of the contemporary Italian economy and biographical studies of business leaders. He has been a Lecturer at the Milan Polytechnic since 2014 and a member of the Board of Directors of the Società di Incoraggiamento Arti e Mestieri (SIAM 1838) since 2018.

At Walter Vinci APS in Milan, intergenerational exchange shapes not only what the association does, but how it is run.
